The newly created Corporate Landlord includes centralised Asset Management, Commissioning and Programming and Hard and Soft FM functions. The delivery model for the council will retain an in-house team sufficient to undertake property strategy, capital programme/project development and management, intelligent client supplier/contract management and performance management functions. This will be supported by appropriate new best-in-class service provider contracts. There are three senior opportunities available, including:

The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the operation of the Estates and Asset Management team, Hard FM and Commissioning teams. The post holder will be accountable for delivering transformational change and lead in the implementation of the Estates and Asset Management strategy, and for commissioning and delivery of project management, including procurement of technical expertise in relation to major capital schemes.. The Property Manager will be responsible for identifying individual directorates' asset needs, and provide accommodation through proactive asset management by working with both internal and external partners and agencies. The post holder will also be responsible for identifying different service provider delivery models and their respective costs, benefits and risks.
