We are looking to recruit 2 full time (35 Hours) and one Part time (18.5 hours) Scale 3 highly motivated Administration Assistant.
• 1 x 35 hours – Redditch team – based at Downsell Road Worcestershire Children First office
• 1 x 35 hours – Wyre Forest team – Based at Park Street Worcestershire Children First office
• 1 x 18.5 hours – Worcester team - based at County Hall Worcestershire Children First office
The successful candidates must be highly motivated administrators experienced in working within an office environment to join a busy team providing administration support in the Early Help Family Support Service Team, within Children's Social Care.
The role of administrative support within the team is to offer general support in tasks such as, completing letters and answering and directing phones calls. The case management system we use is called Liquid logic and we use the Early Help Module (EHM), Admin support, support the team by completing some key tasks in this system such as adding new children and consolidating the online referrals into a contact in the system (full training and support will be given). Another key responsibility is gaining service user feedback, by making calls to families and recording the outcome.
The successful applicants will require good organisational and time management skills and be able to use a range of software packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
You will need to have the ability to recognise, acknowledge and have regard to confidential and sensitive matters including Child Protection.
A polite, efficient manner particularly when working under pressure where interruption may be common place is essential.
