Job Details
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Revenues Officer in the Revenues & Benefits Team at Lichfield District Council. Reporting to Income Manager, you will ensure that an efficient, effective and professional service is provided to all customers.
Key responsibilities of the post include calculating the correct liabilities for council tax, business rates and Business Improvement District (BID) bills.
You will have experience of working in a revenues team together with a good working knowledge of all relevant legislation. Able to work on your own initiative, you will have the ability to gather and analyse facts and information, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. A current driving licence is essential.
