Stratford District Children’s Team are a case management team that covers rural South Warwickshire. With offices based just outside Stratford Upon Avon town centre the service works with children from 0-18 covering a range of work from supporting families on a Child In Need basis through to child protection, court work, Children In Care and adoption. We are looking to recruit social workers to our expanding Children's Safeguarding and Support Service.

We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and motivated child focused social workers to help us improve the outcomes for our young people, ensuring their voice is heard and remains central within our decision making processes. We are able to offer a supportive management team, an established ASYE and ongoing training programme as well as a clear career pathway to support social workers to achieve their potential and be the best they can be.
