Warwickshire’s Parenting Practitioner’s Team brings together a wealth of experienced professionals that parents, carers and families can work with to achieve successful outcomes and sustained change in their own lives. The Parenting Practitioners provide support for families with children and young people aged 0-19 to improve their life chances with the delivery of parenting programmes and providing support to parents and children to enable change.

The team works with a restorative and relational approach to enable families to identify their own strengths, skills and abilities, as well as areas that require development for them to take charge of their own lives.

The Role

 

An opportunity has arisen within the service for a Family Support Worker based in South Warwickshire. We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and motivated person to help us improve the outcomes for our families.
