If you want to be part of a hardworking, highly motivated and aspirational team you may be interested in this opportunity for an Assistant Head teacher to join our successful two form entry school. 

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and driven Assistant Head teacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. The role presents an exciting opportunity to fill a crucial role across the school and will provide excellent preparation for future career development.  As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Assistant Head teacher will be Pastoral and Inclusion focussed.  Demonstrating a passion for school improvement the post holder will foster a culture of high standards, excellent achievement and progress for all pupils regardless of their starting points or abilities.  The Assistant Head teacher will either already hold the National Award for SENCo or, be prepared to successfully undertake this training within 12 months of taking up post.  The role will also be Upper Key Stage 2 Team Leader and have up to 0.5 teaching commitment.
