We are looking to appoint a Site Manager to work across 2 school sites in Kinver. The duties will include daily opening and locking up of the sites; the efficient operation of both sites, improving, maintaining and cleaning the school buildings and grounds to high standards to ensure that facilities are available for school use and other users; sourcing and collection of building materials and supplies where appropriate; completion and recording of regular site and statutory checks; porterage duties at and between the schools; co-ordination of cleaning roles across both schools
Working hours will be 37 hours each week (on a split shift system) Monday to Friday, all year round. Actual daily working hours to be confirmed.
You should have the ability to work on your own initiative, have excellent communication and organisational skills and a sense of pride in your work environment. You will be working as part of our site team and you will be able to relate well to pupils and adults alike.
You will have a good range of DIY skills, cleaning knowledge, building maintenance as well as a knowledge of Health and Safety. Previous experience of working in a school would be preferable but not essential as training can be provided.
