About Us

Warwickshire Adult and Community Learning provides a diverse range of learning opportunities to adults across the county. We are a dynamic and forward-looking service, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

About the role

Our Development Workers promote our services to individuals and community groups, and identify learning needs in the community that we can seek to address. We are seeking to enhance this small team by appointing someone to lead our online and digital marketing. This would involve overseeing and developing our social media accounts and mailing lists, producing regular content, and contributing to development of our web pages.

Key requirements

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of how to use social media as a marketing tool, preferably in an education or similar context.

We are looking for someone with creative flair who can work on their own initiative, make decisions and be able to problem solve. You will have excellent communication skills and a sound knowledge of development work, with an understanding of how to engage with hard to reach groups and communities. A flexible approach and the ability to travel independently across the county is essential.
