As part of our aim attract and develop a workforce for the future, we are currently recruiting for Customer Services Assistants (full time only) who will join our busy and established customer services team.


As a Customer Service Assistant, you will support our advisors in providing an all-round service to the Borough’s residents. Although preferable, you do not need to have previous experience in a similar role. What’s more important is your commitment to providing excellent service and a willingness to learn more about our services. In return, we will provide on the job training and successful candidates will be required to undertake a Level 2 Customer Services Practitioner qualification. As such, the role is offered on a temporary basis for 18 months, during which time you will gain the knowledge and experience needed to complete the qualification.
