About us and the role


We are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Specialist End User Analyst to configure, maintain and update our Hybrid Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager (Intune) infrastructure.

This is an exciting and varied role within a team responsible for providing a secure and stable solution to support Warwickshire County Council's Corporate objectives whilst maintaining our high levels of system availability.

We are looking for someone with expert knowledge and experience to take Ownership of our Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager (Intune) infrastructure. You will be expected to have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly back-end administration, policies and procedures and technical configuration with a primary focus on Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager (Intune).

You will play a key role in the deployment, management and configuration of the infrastructure, endpoints, security, applications, white glove, end to end deployment process for devices with experience of building scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks. An In-depth working knowledge of Windows 10 and experience of deploying and managing other platforms such as Android.

We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic ICT professional who will continuously and proactively seek to improve ICT technical outcomes for Warwickshire County Council that provide first class, value for money ICT services.
