Make Some Noise is excited to be growing its Programmes Team by offering this new role to coordinate our programmes that enable babies, toddlers and children (alongside their parents/carers) to develop their speech, language and motor skills as a result of engaging in empowering early years music opportunities.

You will work alongside the Head of Operations & Programmes to provide project coordination support on Early Childhood Development Thematic Priority for Make Some Noise developing the Soundpots and UpBeat Programmes as well as future pilot programmes.

The focus of this role will be on early years music provision to support the speech and language development/opportunities to access quality Early Years provision of disadvantaged and marginalised children and the early years professional sector / early years practitioners within the nurseries/ communities that support these children.

You may occasionally be expected to attend sessions to ensure delivery develops personal, social and musical skills of under 5s (alongside their parents/carers) who are dealing with challenging circumstances and have additional needs.

Make Some Noise is highly regarded for its work with children, young people and families, regularly contributes to strategic development on a local and regional scale.  Predominantly working with organisations across Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent, we are interested in challenging perceptions and offering new ways to move lives beyond disadvantage through music.
