Senior Pastoral Lead Practitioner - Tipton Green Junior School

8.30 am to 4.00 am, Monday to Friday (during term time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a calm, empathetic and hardworking individual to join our dedicated pastoral team. You will engage positively with students, parents and staff and be an integral part of the school safeguarding team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children in class and around school and their families with a commitment to championing all children to ensure they meet their potential. Integrity, resilience, confidentiality, diplomacy and an ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively, are all essential.

Tipton Green Junior School is a 3 form entry school in Tipton. We are very much a community school, and value the relationships we have with all our families, some of whom deal with very challenging circumstances on a daily basis. Inevitably, this means that some of our children have barriers to their learning which we are supporting them to overcome.
