North Birmingham Academy has an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly experienced Data Manager to join our Academy, taking responsibility for gathering, interpreting and presenting student data using our MIS system, SIMS. Working closely with our SLT , to provide data on curriculum assessments, target setting, timetabling
and analysis of external assessments. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and technical skills and have transferrable skills to bring to the academy environment.
What we are looking for:
Well developed ICT and MIS skills
Ability to be innovative in finding solutions to problems
Experience of statistical analysis and data interpretation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Discreet and confidential
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
