Are you looking to work in a friendly, collaborative and dynamic Pastoral/Inclusion Team?  Are you passionate about supporting young people? We are seeking to appoint a motivated, committed and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Officer.

The “behaviour of pupils is good”, and students “speak courteously to adults and observe agreed routines in classrooms” (Ofsted 2018). We have high expectations of students, both in terms of their progress and their behaviour. In particular, we expect them to invest in their own learning, and we encourage them to enjoy and make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school. They, in turn, can expect from us the highest possible quality of teaching, care and support.

You will support the Assistant Principal – Behaviour and Attitudes lead, by providing support in monitoring and tracking all students in order to contribute to raising achievement, attendance and behaviour.

The successful candidate should be supportive of the ethos and values of the school and have the ability to encourage and motivate our students. We are keen to support your career not only within our school but also across our group of academies that form Creative Education Trust.

If you believe that you have these qualities, are passionate about being involved in the growth of students and are interested in working as part of our school team, then we look forward to hearing from you.

Closing date: Thursday 6th May, midday

Interviews: to be confirmed

To apply, please download and complete the application form, then email to: Claire.bradley@hartschool.org.uk, or visit the 'Work for Us' section on our website.

The Hart School are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will have to undertake relevant safeguarding checks.
