Assistant Team Manager (Housing Options)
The Housing Options team are looking to recruit a full time Assistant Team Manager to support with the managing and development of the Housing Options Service and access to Dudley MBC's Housing register.
You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of a small team of staff, as well as being involved with service development and the monitoring of quality and service standards. The role involves responding to requests for reviews, complaints and correspondence from elected members and therefore requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: Grade 9
Location: Harbour Buildings, Brierley Hill
The Successful candidate will have a proven background in staff management, an understanding of housing options and the ability to apply policy with confidence. You will be motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills.
The post requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to good practice.
