We are a vibrant, inclusive one form entry school with a Hearing Resource Base. We take pride in our family feel and in providing our children with the skills for life through quality learning experiences.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised Bursar to lead our Office team providing administrative support to the School.
You will be responsible for delivering a quality and efficient service, on a range of administrative, HR and financial matters, supporting the Headteacher, Governing Board and Staff.
This front facing role will include management of the School’s Management Information and Financial Systems, HR appointments as well as liaising with the Site Manager to ensure Health and Safety for all users of the school site.
Experience of a management information system such as SIMS and FMS6 would be advantageous as well as experience of Microsoft Office 365.
For this busy and interesting position, we are looking for someone who possesses and can demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
It is essential that the post holder can work well under pressure and multi -task in order to meet deadlines.
