Warwickshire Fostering Service are recruiting to the position of a Connected Person Team Leader. Sometimes known as Kinship or Friends and Family. This is a permanent, part-time post of 18.5 hours. The need for a manager to join the existing team is due to the demand in Connected Persons Assessments.

 

In this role you will be supervising a small team of social workers and you will be working alongside two other experienced managers. Our connected persons team is established, and we have good relationships with other professionals and court. The work is fast paced, and we are looking for a manager who will embrace the challenge of this type of rewarding work.
