Are you a remarkable leader that wants more?

More opportunity to inspire our children to choose a REMARKABLE LIFE.

The Rawlett School is part of a family of schools brought together by one common vision and passionate belief that each and every child can lead a remarkable life. An excellent education transforms lives and every pupil who attends one of our schools is given the support, care and opportunity they need to flourish. Whether you are a senior leader working towards your first headship or an experienced Head of School seeking a new challenge this is an exciting opportunity to take our school forward.  Which is where you come in!

You will work alongside the Executive Headteacher and Director of Secondary to drive a positive outcome at the next inspection and beyond.  Through the role you will set clear expectations, be a role model and a strong presence in the school. The role will require you to continue to raise standards at pace with a team that is committed to doing so.  You will have a passion for school improvement and be able to lead and support a creative approach to learning.  If you are driven, resilient and relish a challenge this is the right opportunity for you.

This is an excellent opportunity for a leader looking to combine the experience of running a school with the benefit of working as part of a national trust. You will be joining the leading inclusive educational trust in the country - one where you have more opportunities to forge your own path, where your work is truly valued and where you will receive the recognition and rewards to motivate you to build on your achievements.

AET has led the way in the response to the covid pandemic, with children at the centre. Investment in IT equipment for our most deprived learners and high quality virtual learning for all meant education continued. Robust risk procedures were followed to keep our children and staff safe and we shared best practice to support each other.  Using what we’ve learned over the last few years, we now have an extraordinarily ambitious vision of a new model of education for the future to be rolled out over the next few years.
