Housing Services includes an in-house maintenance team that delivers a range of repairs and planned improvements to homes throughout the borough, ensuring that homes remain safe, comfortable and energy efficient.

Hours:  37 hours per week

Salary:  Grade 10

The post holder will play an important role within the team by ensuring compliance with all relevant Water Hygiene and Building Regulations, along with British Standards by utilising directly employed engineers and contractors to deliver a full range of inspection, servicing and maintenance services. The post holder will also be expected to manage frontline service teams, which include craft colleagues, business support functions and contractors to meet the business requirements.
