Could you be our new Foundation Stage Leader? Are you a dynamic teacher with a passion and expertise for Early Years? Can you provide our youngest children with the best possible start to their learning journey?

Due to the retirement of the current postholder, an exciting opportunity has arisen whereby the governors of Oldswinford CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a passionate and nurturing Foundation Stage Leader from September 2021.

The successful candidates will join the Middle Leadership Team, responsible to the Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher. The successful candidate will teach in Reception with accountability for standards of teaching, learning and achievement across Foundation Stage.

Our successful Reception unit is an engaging, purposeful learning environment with a dedicated and experienced team of staff.

We are looking for an inspirational teacher and strategic leader whose energy, resilience, commitment to success and passion for teaching will support us in embedding our school vision ‘Believe, achieve and shine brighter together’.

The successful candidate will be appointed subject to the normal references and enhanced DBS checks.
