- Thorough and up to date knowledge of the arts, culture and heritage sector.
- Extensive experience of working strategically to strengthen and sustain opportunities in arts, heritage and culture within communities
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to carry out data analysis and interpretation.
In return, this is an excellent opportunity to help shape and plan our cultural offering during a time of key initiatives and projects for Solihull.
We understand that our employees want to do more than just work and encourage good work-life balance by offering a flexible and agile working environment; this is further supplemented by an extensive wellbeing offer, as well as a range of other benefits including staff discounts and a career average pension scheme.
