12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Property Repairs Service is at a pivotal moment in its development and transformation to match the challenges of a modern repairs service in becoming more commercially focused, whilst improving repairs services to customers and are seeking to recruit a Repairs Scheduler to help achieve that transformation.
This role will require the post holder to respond to enquiries regarding property repairs from multiple streams, log repairs within an IT system, schedule resources and liaise with officers, contractors and suppliers to deliver an efficient and effective repairs service for our diverse range of customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable and able and deliver consistently good customer focussed outcomes.
You should be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and demonstrate being well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads when faced with conflicting demands.
You will also be proficient in using standard MS Office systems at an advanced level. Experience of other IT systems such as Oneserve, OHMS and Technology Forge would be an advantage.
