Full time permanent to commence 1^st September 2021.

Regency High School is a vibrant, welcoming and well established Special single Academy based in Worcester. The school cater for 230 pupils age 11 to 19 years old. All pupils attending Regency High School have an Education Health and Care Plan and cognition and learning needs either profound, severe or moderate.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher. We seek a driven, dynamic professional to join our team who can make a significant contribution to the school senior leadership team and ensure continual improvements in teaching and learning. You will need to be highly motivated and an experienced teacher.

We want someone who can lead on Quality of Education and is able to engage with colleagues, build relationships and develop good practice.

As part of our team, you will believe in our school and be prepared to commit to achieving the exceptional ambitions we have for the pupils.

Your appointment will enable you to have strategic input and work with the Headteacher to design and organise the curriculum and provision going forward.
