The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Administration.
Communication with all school stakeholders.
Finance processing.
Following GDPR and safeguarding procedures.

We are looking for:
An enthusiastic and organised administrator to join a professional, successful and committed hardworking team.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to liaise with parents, pupils, colleagues and outside agencies as required.
You must have a willingness to adapt to suit the needs of the pupils and school and have a genuine desire to involve yourself in the life of our school and to work as part of a forward-thinking team.
Someone who is committed to ensuring all children are given the opportunity to reach their potential.

The role is 25 hours per week, Term Time Only (TTO, 40 Weeks). Hours of work 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

Salary - Scale point 18-21, FTE £25268-£26815, Pro-rata £15062-£15984.

 

 

Key Requirements

Good communication skills to be able to obtain and give information in a courteous way and resolve queries.
Able to organise school trips, events and admissions.
Able to access IT systems.
Able to operate general office equipment.
Maintain security and confidentiality in a school setting.
Ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.
Able to remain calm under pressure.
Ensure efficient and effective communications between all parties.
