An exciting opportunity has arisen within the service’s management team. This post will lead our North Team within the Cranstoun Worcestershire Adult Service.
You will assist the County Manager in providing effective, efficient service to service users. You will lead the North Team to ensure safe service delivery, maintain high standards of practice and achieve service targets.
You will have a proven ability of working with this client group and of service delivery with effective leadership, communication, listening and organisational skills, and have the ability to manage change whilst working to strict deadlines.
You’ll need to have good writing and computing skills, and be able to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and case management systems.
The most important things you’ll bring to this role are your positive attitude, enthusiasm, integrity and ability to use initiative and contribute to delivering a trauma informed approach. Experience of developing and working in partnership is essential.
You will be required to work some evenings, and some unsociable hours in order to meet our service delivery requirements.
