The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, Teaching School, and SCITT. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our School as a Receptionist and Administration Support Assistant’ You will work with our experienced receptionist as part of a team providing a high quality, confidential and timely service to students, staff, parents and visitors. You will also support with administrative duties as part of the wider school office team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving and greeting visitors to the school, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed

• Providing telephony service – transferring calls, taking and delivering messages

• To oversee and guide student receptionists

• To maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

• To undertake appropriate first aid training and provide first aid to students

• To provide administrative support such duties to include word-processing, letter production, data inputting, form completion, photocopying, mailing and record management. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
