The Governors of Kings Norton Primary School are seeking to appoint an innovative, compassionate and inspiring Headteacher with the expertise and experience to take the school forward into an exciting new phase in our long history. KNPS is a two-form entry primary school with an excellent reputation, set in the heart of historic Kings Norton. Our wonderful families reflect our dynamic and diverse community, and we benefit from a local environment boasting a wealth of green spaces and public facilities. We would like to invite applications from current headteachers or deputy headteachers who can demonstrate their ability to:

• Lead school improvement in creative, nurturing and ambitious ways

• Motivate the school team with a clear vision whilst embracing the care, creativity and community spirit that makes us such a unique and inspiring place to learn

• Continue the commitment to a lifelong love of learning for all children and adults connected with the school

• Demonstrate our commitment to inclusivity in all aspects of school life including strategic planning, curriculum development and communication with children, staff, families and the wider community

• Communicate and collaborate with children, staff, families and other partners for the benefit of the school
