We require a technical administrator to provide high quality support for our Transport and Workshops which supports the operation of a safe, compliant and sustainable Transport Operation.
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: Grade 5
You must undertake reception and associated duties providing information and advice to customers. Our Transport reception is open from 6:00am until 6:00pm, you will work on a rota system covering 2 shifts 6:00am until 2:00pm and 10:00am until 6:00pm.
You will have experience of working in an administrative role in an office environment and having provided customer service delivery using a variety of communication methods.
You should be self-motivated and be able to prioritise and organise you own workload with minimum supervision in pressurised situations.
You must possess and maintain a full class B driving licence or train to obtain this licence within six months of start date.
The successful candidate must hold a NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services or equivalent and have a working knowledge and ability in Microsoft Word & Excel.
