Personal Advisor with Housing -   THROUGHCARE SERVICE

Salary:  £ 27,041 per annum

 37  Hours per week – Fixed Term Until 31st March 2022

We are seeking a Personal Advisors who will have a specific role around housing and accommodation for Care Leavers.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across our Leaving Care Teams and with our district housing colleagues to reduce homelessness and rough sleeping for Care Leavers

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference. They should have experience of working with young people and an understanding of housing issues and the wider impact on Care Leavers, together with a knowledge of housing legislation.

Experience of partnership working and delivering on outcomes for young people are essential qualities for the role

Location - the post-holder will be expected to travel across the County and work between our Leaving Care Teams and with district housing colleagues throughout the County
