The Role
We are looking to recruit an inspiring, innovative and committed higher level teaching assistant within our successful, happy and caring school. The successful applicant will be providing classroom support across the school as needed. This will include teaching classes, covering short term absences and allowing teachers time to plan, mark and deliver interventions.
The role is 27 hours per week, term Time Only (TTO, 39 Weeks).
Key Requirements
We require a HLTA that will have NVQ Level 4 demonstrating HLTA Status as well as a minimum Level 2 English/Literacy and Maths/numeracy.
An experienced practitioner with high expectations for both learning and behaviour. Able to set the highest standards for themselves and others. An excellent team player with excellent communication skills and with sound subject and curriculum knowledge.
