Project Manager (Electrical)
Housing Services is the landlord for the Council’s owned properties and offers a range of services to tenants and leaseholders.
Hours: 37 per week
Salary - Grade 10
Housing Services includes an in-house maintenance team that delivers a range of repairs and planned improvements to homes throughout the borough, ensuring that homes remain safe, and comfortable.
The post holder will assist the Team Manager in their daily duties, effectively managing the electrical resources and assets within the Housing Maintenance Team to achieve compliance and competency,
To ensure the delivery of a quality reactive repairs and improvements service, meeting its service standards, financial targets and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and operatives performance. Assisting to maintain high levels of communication across the Housing and Corporate Services, with Elected Members, customers and their representatives. Also lead frontline service teams, which include craft colleagues, business support functions and contractors.
