The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, Teaching School, and SCITT. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. Our academies are quite distinctive and separate schools, serving different communities and phases but all either are, or have the capacity to become, outstanding.

ATLP Site Assistant

Grade 2 - £18,562 to £20,493 per annum, FTE, pro rata

• Full time 37.00 hours per week - ATLP Trust Wide Support

• Part time 20.00 hours per week - Base school John Willmott, Sutton Coldfield

(actual salary 20 hours per week - £10,033 to £11,077 pa)

• Part time 15.00 hours per week - Base school Nether Stowe, Lichfield

(actual salary 15 hours per week - £7,525 to £8,307 pa)

• Part time 12.5 hours per week - Base school Two Gates, Tamworth

(actual salary 12.5 hours per week - £6,270 to £6,923 pa)

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and highly motivated Site Assistants to support our Operations & Estates team with a wide range of site, health and safety and estates functions in our schools.

The successful candidates will undertake general site maintenance and cleaning duties, including responding to emergencies and maintaining security at ATLP school sites, as directed by the ATLP Operations and Estates Team.

Providing an effective and efficient Operations & Estates support service must be a key priority for the successful candidates.

Experience in an education setting is not essential. Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate relevant skills and experience, resilience, and interpersonal skills. You should have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with a wide range of staff across the Trust on a daily basis.

The successful applicants may be required to work at any establishment which forms part of the Learning Partnership, whether current or future, on a temporary or permanent basis, according to the needs of the Learning Partnership as part of our Learning Partnership arrangements.

Own transport, with business insurance, is essential and appropriate car mileage will be paid for additional travel where appropriate.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
