Resource and Reprographics Assistant 

Part time: 20 hours per week 8.00 to 12.00 noon

Commencing: 14th June 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter

Pennyhill Primary School is a large three-form entry primary school situated on the outskirts of West Bromwich. We have an excellent staff team who work well together and work hard to achieve the best outcomes for our children and families. 

We are looking for a professional and efficient Resource and Reprographics Assistant to join our dedicated team of support staff. This is an exciting, varied role which will suit someone who is flexible and adaptable to meet the busy needs of a large school.

The successful candidate be required to bulk photocopy and make required resources to support learning and to promote the school. You will also need to maintain and manage stock across the school in a tidy and safe manner. 

We are looking for someone who:
•    Can produce work to a high standard 
•    Can work equally well as part of a team and using their own initiative 
•    Is flexible, adaptable and able to multi task
•    Confident in the use of ICT and using simple equipment to make resources
