SMILES BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB PLAYWORKER
Grade: Band D scp. 4 - £3826.00 pro rata - Salary will be based upon hours worked
Hours: After School Club Playworkers are required between 3pm-6pm,
Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Term Time only
Contract: Initially Fixed term contract to accommodate Covid regulations, and this will be discussed fully at interview.
Other fixed term contracts are available which will be discussed at interview.
Telford Infant School is looking for Club Playworkers to work at SMILES Wraparound Care Club.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the provision of childcare services and assist with the co-ordination of all activities within a safe and stimulating environment under direction of the club manager.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of working with and caring for children, an understanding of their individual needs, have good communication and listening skills and lead and participate in safe and creative play.
Appropriate qualifications are desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate experience in a previous or similar role.
