Temporary Contract until 31 March 2022

Location: County Hall (Remote working due to CV19)

Applications are invited for a temporary contract opportunity for an Early Help Family Support Initial Screening and Contact Officer (ISCO) position in WCF’s Early Help Service

The successful candidate will be an essential member of the team maintaining the central point of contact for members of the public and professionals referring to Early Help Family Support. The ISCO will play a vital role in communicating with families and professionals and assisting families in enquiries around wider services for children and their families via, signposting.

The ISCO will play an important role in supporting the team through the screening and inputting of information onto Early Help electronic systems.

The ISCO role is fast paced and exciting. The role makes a real time difference to the lives of families and is an essential part of the whole Early Help Family Support Service. Candidates need to be flexible, resilient, proactive but most of all passionate about making a difference.
