The Discovery Academy is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Achievement Lead in KS4 – English to join a strong team of highly motivated professionals who work collaboratively to raise standards and expectations at all levels throughout the Academy.  With your knowledge and passion for the subject, you will make a major contribution to the raising of standards of achievement at KS4 in English through leading and managing intervention and learning strategies in line with the whole Academy ethos, enabling all students to make exceptional progress.

 

 You will be passionate about academic excellence, collaboration and delivering high quality teaching for every student. You will be able to identify and implement strategies to improve the quality of education at KS4 and will be committed to the highest standards of achievement. You will be an outstanding practitioner, with a clear vision and a good track record in raising standards.
