We are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis to support the school in its work to continue to improve outcomes for all our pupils.
You must be reliable, positive, adaptable and committed to working with students, displaying good communications skills and a sensitivity to the needs of individual pupils. Experience of working with secondary age children would be a distinct advantage.

We are looking for a dedicated passionate person who has:
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Teaching Assistant or equivalent
• A good understanding of KS3-KS5 curriculum
• The ability to work as part of the SEND team
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine enthusiasm to work with children
• Skills to adapt to meet the needs of our pupils, either in 1:1, small or larger group settings.
