EYFS Leader St. Benedict Biscop CE Primary School Wombourne 

Salary: Mainscale/Upper Pay Scale (dependent upon experience) + TLR2a (£2,873) 

REQUIRED FOR SEPTEMBER 2021 

The Directors are seeking to appoint an EYFS Leader who is keen to work alongside senior and middle leaders in St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust.  Initially, the successful candidate will be based at St. Benedict Biscop CE Primary School in Wombourne.

  • St Bartholomew’s CE Primary School, Penn, Wolverhampton  
  • St Benedict Biscop CE Primary School, Wombourne, South Staffordshire  
  • Woodfield Primary School, Penn, Wolverhampton  
  • All Saints’ CE Primary School, Trysull, South Staffordshire 
  • St Lawrence CE Primary Academy, Gnosall, Stafford 
  • St Giles CE primary School, Haughton, Stafford  
  • Woodseaves CE Primary School, Woodseaves, Stafford 

 

We are looking for a Good/Outstanding child-centred EYFS practitioner with: 

  • high expectations of children and a proven commitment to raising standards 
  • successful teaching experience in EYFS 
  • good understanding and subject knowledge of the EYFS curriculum 
  • ability to raise standards beyond your own classroom 
  • proven skills of organisation and leadership 
  • the ability to support, lead and inspire colleagues by example 
  • excellent interpersonal skills 
  • commitment to the distinctive Christian nature of the schools
