The Role
St Thomas More Catholic Academy & Sixth Form College is a positive mixed 11-18 Catholic Academy with a strong moral and spiritual ethos. The Governors wish to appointment a Receptionist/Administration Assistant as soon as possible and welcome applications for the post.
We are looking to appoint an experienced and competent receptionist/administrator who is friendly and flexible in their approach to work. As receptionist of the main school, your professionalism is paramount.
The successful candidate will be committed in providing an efficient and effective administration support with good literacy, numeracy, IT and communication skills, to ensure the smooth running of a busy school reception and office. You will be able to work using your own initiative whilst still remaining a team member.
