The Governors of Cardinal Newman Catholic School are seeking to appoint a Lay Chaplain who is able to:

• Support the Leadership Team and Priest Chaplain in further developing the Catholic life of the school
• Work both as part of a team and on their own initiative
• Work with all staff and students (aged 11-19) and our local community
• Develop a role that is highly valued in our school

This is an exciting opportunity for a practising Catholic, preferably with experience of working with young people, to work in a supportive, caring community where each person is respected and valued.

Grade 4 £19,698 - £23,080 per annum

Actual salary £17,018 - £19,938 per annum

37 hours per week (term time only plus teacher training days)
