The Role
Be part of an exciting chapter in the history of Stratford upon Avon School.
As a result of increasing student number, we wish to recruit non-teaching colleagues as College Leaders to lead, manage and support the personal development, behaviour and welfare needs of all our students and to help the school continue its excellent progress.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an existing team to have a significant influence on the culture of the school. Applications would be particularly welcome from enthusiastic individuals with a commitment to improving the personal development, behaviour and welfare of our students.
The post is for 37 hours per week, term time plus 10 days during the school holidays; 41 working weeks.
Salary for a full-time post at Band J (points 25-28) is within the range £29,577 to £32,234, starting point depending on experience and qualifications. Actual salary based on hours and weeks worked is £26,818 to £29,227 subject to any continuous service.
Key Requirements
We require a College Leader with the following attributes:
•Outstanding communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
•The ability to lead, manage and develop a team of tutors and students
•The ability to analyse and subsequently act upon a range of different student data
•The ability to engage with parents and other stakeholders
