OPOJ, part of The Fierté Trust are looking to appoint well-organised, reliable and enthusiastic individuals.
If you are passionate about childcare and enjoy having fun with children as they learn and explore their environments, then Our Pride Our Joy is the place for you.
Due to our continuing expansion, we have a variety of positions available to start immediately and in September 2021 within our settings in the Tamworth and Burton upon Trent areas. All our provisions are school based and cater for children from the age of two to eleven years old.
We are a fantastic, supportive, happy team that work together closely to provide amazing opportunities for all the children in our care and ensure that staff are offered continued professional development to suit individual needs and interests.
If you hold a Level 2 or 3 in childcare (nursery positions will need to be early years specific) with a clear knowledge and understanding of childcare practice, or have an interest in furthering your own education through an apprenticeship to gain the above qualifications, and you think you are the right person for one of these opportunities, then please email info@opoj.fierte.org.

Care Club Leader, Heathfields Infant Academy, Tamworth
27.5 hours per week, additional school holiday hours required,
Part-time, temporary Nursery Assistant Violet Way Academy
25 hours per week Summer Term 2021 position
Nursery and Care Club Supply staff, Tamworth and Burton areas
Casual Hours (zero-hour contracts)
**From September**
Nursery and Care Club Manager at Dosthill Primary Academy
(Maternity Cover for one academic year 2021-2022)
40 hours per week. Some additional school holiday hours required,
Nursery and Care Club Manager at Heathfields Infant Academy
40 hours per week. Some additional school holiday hours required,
Care Club Assistants at Violet Way Academy/Edge Hill Academy - Burton upon Trent
22.5 hours per week. Some additional school holiday hours required,
Care Club Leader at Edge Hill Academy
27.5 hours per week. Some additional school holiday hours required,
Care Club Assistants at Heathfields Infant Academy/Glascote Academy/Dosthill Academy, Tamworth 22.5 hours per week. Some additional school holiday hours required

You must be:
Early Years qualified to level 2 or 3
Have childcare experience
Prepared to complete further training as required
