Job Details
We are seeking two full-time Solicitors. The main duties of the Property Solicitor post holder will be dealing with commercial property matters and general local government law issues serving the three authorities of Lichfield District, South Staffordshire District and Tamworth Borough Councils. The Litigation Solicitor will be dealing with criminal and civil litigation, licensing and data protection matters.
Successful applicants will already be admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court and have experience in the above listed areas; some experience of another area of local government law would be desirable but is not essential.
Where we receive a high number of applications we may long list and conduct a telephone interview or Assessment Test before short listing for interview.
