Salary: Teachers pay scale M1 – U3 £25,714 - £41,604 (dependent on experience)

The Academy is looking for a Teacher who has the belief to inspire our students in all our many pathways.  Mathematics and PE would be advantageous as an additional subject area.

The successful candidate will be:

• Able to successfully teach across Key stages 3 & 4 and demonstrate a range of successful teaching and learning strategies
• Able to teach a group of students who have learning difficulties which may include SpLD’s, ASC, ADHD communication difficulties and some who may exhibit challenging behaviours.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, creative, flexible and innovative
• A dedicated team player who develops excellent relationships with learners and colleagues
• A professional who communicates clear expectations, leads by example and promotes at all times positive behaviour for learning
• Willing to support and at all times uphold policies and positive ethos of school
• Willing to participate in personal continued professional development
