The ContinU Plus Academy is an innovative and exciting Alternative Provision Secondary Free School based in Kidderminster. Our academy is now in its eighth year, and has achieved a Good grading in all categories at Ofsted. We think that we are now outstanding.

We are an educational provider for vulnerable and disengaged students in the Wyre Forest and Hagley area. All staff here are deeply committed to the well being safeguarding and academic progress of our pupils. We work together as a close knit team to ensure pupils at our school receive high quality and bespoke educational provision. This is a very exciting time to join our school and join with us to make a substantial difference to the lives of our pupils.

We are looking for innovative and resilient staff members to join our journey. In particular we are looking for Learning Coaches to support in our pupil’s learning in the classroom. Learning Coaches are the backbone of our school. They have a diverse and fulfilling role encompassing 1:1 support, therapeutic and academic interventions and in class support. The role can also include home visits and offsite provision.

The post will be 37 hours per week term time only. NJC Scale 5 - £18,795 (£15,661 actual salary)
