Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (Victoria School)

Permanent full time/term time – 33.75 hours per week/39 weeks per year

Fixed Working Pattern: 8.30am until 3.45am Monday to Friday

Salary (Grade 2) £18,840 - £20,800 (pro-rata)

Thank you for your interest in this post. We are looking for a clear communicator to join our excellent Victoria School office services team. The successful candidate will have the right experience and skillset to manage the front of house reception point. We are a positive and forward-looking office services team who constantly seek to further the excellent

standards in teaching and learning provided across the federation. We are looking for someone who can join our team and be a fundamental part in the continual development of the federation.

Our ideal candidate would be someone with a friendly but professional attitude, who is flexible to meet the demands of the school. Experience of working in a busy administrative environment and a good standard of literacy and numeracy are essential. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they are able to:

• work using own initiative, and as part of a team

• work under pressure, and to deadlines.

• communicate clearly and effectively.

• take ownership of tasks.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
