Are you a dedicated professional able to support and enhance the education and welfare of our pupils?

We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team at St Andrew’s CE School. Relevant, recent EYFS experience and knowledge of the framework is essential.

Candidates must be willing to become a part of our whole school team and should be hardworking, committed, highly positive and able to use their initiative. They should be adaptable, creative and able to communicate well with children and adults. Our ethos is one of mutual respect and our ideal candidate would understand how to nurture and develop the whole child whilst maintaining high expectations and standards.

- The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, fair, flexible, proactive, confident and positive

- Candidates must be able to ability to work as part of a team but also show initiative and self-motivation

- Experience of using Tapestry an advantage

- Experience of working with EYFS aged children and knowledge of the EYFS framework is essential - Candidates must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent experience (relevant to EYFS)
