Post ref: 70/868
£20903- £23080 per annum (pro rata if part time)
30 hours per week – 5 days per week (weekend working may be required)
Open to Job Share if applicable
We are looking for a Telecare Services Support Officer to join our busy Team. The position is based at Redditch Town Hall but you may be required to travel within Redditch and Bromsgrove districts.
As a Telecare Services Support Officer you will deal with a range of enquires and requests regarding the Services we provide taking a variety of calls over the telephone and speaking to customers in reception. You will be required to talk to potential and existing Clients and their families on a daily basis; promote the service and collect and record personal details. You will also maintain stock records, prepare equipment, create and update records on various Council Systems, raise invoices and complete a variety of administration tasks.
The post requires an enthusiastic candidate who has the desire to learn. You must be customer focused and looking for a varied and challenging administrative position. Experience in a customer service role and/or experience of working with elderly and vulnerable people is desirable. Candidates are not expected to have knowledge of Telecare Services as full training will be given.
