Responsible for: Federation school operational support staff (Business and Finance, Health and Safety,
Administration, Human Resources, Facilities)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

This is a critical moment for the future development of our federation. Old Hall and Mary Elliot Special Schools in Walsall provide education to young people between the ages of 3 and 19, all of whom have a variety of SEND complexities. The post holder will be joining our Federation Leadership Team as we begin a journey working towards our potential as a collaborative, supportive and progressive federation. This is an exciting time, and offers an opportunity to genuinely shape the future of the lives of the most significantly challenged young people in the area.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to combine your advanced level of knowledge, skill and operational understanding with our free-thinking, innovative and creative strategic process; leading to a truly exceptional educational experience for our young people.
