The Role

Student Support Caseload Lead

Fixed Term - until July 2022 (then reviewed subject to student funding)
32.5 hours per week - 08:30-15:30, Monday-Friday, with 30 minutes lunch
Term-Time Only + 1 week - Salary Band Scale H Points 14-17 (Starting on Point 14 )

We are looking for a committed individual to join our team at North Leamington School working in collaboration with the Senior Assistant Head Teacher responsible for Intervention, planning a program of academic intervention and pastoral support with careers guidance for a caseload of students. You will provide high quality supervision to support teaching and learning, enabling the effective use of resources and high standards of achievement for students, within an environment in which students feel safe, rewarded and challenged. You will build solid and strong relationships with students who have struggled throughout school and create a pathway to support their development and onto a chosen Post 16 course. You will have the opportunity to work with the full range of stakeholders to enable students to make maximum progress in a rewarding role.
